Really disappointing service.
On one occasion, I went in to drop off and send a parcel. The staff did not seem to know how to deal with it, which would have been fine if they had simply said so politely. Instead, I was told, in a very dismissive way, that they did not know how to do it and that I should sort it out myself. Honestly, if I have to do everything myself, what is the point of going to the Post Office?
On another occasion, there were no customers inside, so I walked up to the counter. I was then told to stand far back and wait until I was called forward, as if I had done something wrong, even though the place was empty.
I do not expect special treatment at all. I simply expect basic courtesy and a normal standard of service from a place I am paying to use. Sadly, that has not been my experience here.
